Avoid.
Bought it today, and will be returning it tomorrow. Here’s why.
1) The buttons (apart from left, right and scroll wheel) have a very “dangling” feel about them.

Awful mouse
Let me start off by saying that I love most SteelSeries products. But this mouse was terrible. I can’t imagine the shape of the mouse fitting anyone’s hands well.

DO NOT buy this mouse!
Simply put, it does not work.
Beyond mouse-button interference with macros, after only a few hours the mouse stops working all together.

WoW MMO Mouse - whimpy
I’ve had the Steelseries World of Warcraft MMO Gaming Mouse for about a month now. I play WoW 4-6 nights/week for about 4-5 hours.

I bought this mouse for the simple fact of it having so many button options. However, the buttons are not self programmable!
